Greg "Tug" Withnail was on bar detail for this one. He was accompanied by Tom "Badger Badger Badger Badger" Aston, whose swaying rather alarmed the barmaid. "Is that your friend?" she asked. "Is he OK?"
"Fine," replied Greg, "he's just diabetic." Keen to get Tom out from under the barmaid's watchful eye, Greg handed him two halves of Guinness, which went flying when he fell over. The drinks were deftly caught by Sarah "Jalopy" McDonald, leaving Tom free to be overtaken by sleep at last:
