The planned walk to King's Cross was replaced by a bus ride (205) at the last moment.
"Wotcha got there bruv?"
Greg "Tug" Withnail found a pair of pink knickers on his seat, which were kept "for later."

We arrived at King's Cross without too much fuss and had to pick our way between drinkers sitting in the pub doorway. First real drinks-ordering catastrophe: Gareth "Bootilicious" Rees didn't get his Guinness until the rest of us had just about finished our drinks. The toilet door had a combination lock, the code for which was supplied by a man loitering in the corridor.
Greg popped into Left Luggage to retrieve the food dropped there earlier. Here is a picture of the enormous queue:

Of course, we had to try pushing a trolley through the wall and onto Platform 9¾.

Gareth "Bootilicious" Rees: "Slaphead Potter"
James "Ironman" Llewellyn: "Dreary pub!"
